1. Introduction

RADIX LEXTRUS SDN BHD (Company No. 1281186-V) (“we” or “our” or “us” or “the Company”) we take your privacy and the security of your information very seriously.
This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) covers the website – [http://www.weproperty.com.my] and the mobile application – WeProperty designed by the Company (“the Platform”).
This Privacy Policy governs your use of any of the services, functions or features provided by the Company. Unless otherwise defined herein, capitalized terms shall have the meaning assigned to such terms in the Terms and Conditions. This Privacy Policy is written in the English and Malay languages. In the event of any inconsistency or conflict between the English and Malay versions, the English version shall prevail.
The Policy describes the types of information we gather from all User of the Platform (“you” or “your”) interacting with the Platform, and how we use, transfer, and secure such information. By using any of the services, functions or features provided by the Company, either itself or through its affiliates, via the Platform, you agree to be bound by this Policy. This Policy does not govern information we receive from third parties who are not our User. If you do not agree to the terms of this Policy, you are not authorized to use the Platform. Each time you use the Platform, the current version of this Policy will apply. Accordingly, you should check the date of this Policy (which appears at the top) and review any changes of the Policy from time to time.

4. Impact of Non-Provision of Personal Data

Please note that in the event that sufficient Personal Data is not supplied, or is not satisfactory to us, then your registration of account or transaction may not be accepted or acted upon or your request to browse some information on the Platform, or the use of, or subscription to services offered by the Company may be denied or affected.
