Stakeholders can track the case status from anywhere; agencies can consolidate case reports faster, and anyone can raise or respond to a query anytime rather than waiting for hours and days for one little thing.

Pre-uploaded Bank Documents Templates

When the banks change their documentation templates, the loan solicitors might have to redo the whole process, including loan documents resulting in delays. Our platform will allow the banks to pre-upload the updated document templates for all types of property transactions. There will be a separate folder for these files so that everything remains organized on the cloud. In this way, the loan solicitor will use the newest version of the documents all the time specified for each transaction type.

Our traffic light status tracking system shows the complete conveyancing process flow chart of each case. It will be used as a guideline for every stakeholder and borrower. Most of the time loan borrowers don’t know much about the
